This role offers hands‑on, end‑to‑end exposure to quantitative trading, including researching market data, developing and testing alpha‑generating signals, and managing live systematic strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with experienced quant traders and software engineers, and play a direct role in deploying and optimizing production models. This position is ideal for someone that's just starting their career, passionate about quant trading, and would thrive in a fast moving start-up style environment.
Job Requirements:
• Strong Python skills, C++ is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or similar
• 1+ years of experience in trading or a relevant quantitative role (researcher, analyst, strategist, developer, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
• Interest in a startup‑style environment where responsibilities grow over time
• Personal projects, trading experiments, or automation work that demonstrate curiosity and initiative
• Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with traders, engineers, and leadership
